My daughter's Kia Rondo died on the highway with both of my girls in the car. Due to negligence from the local dealership, the catalytic converter had died rendering the car useless. The dealership wanted her to pay $2700 to replace it. Even the dealership suggested Ryan's shop to find a more economical solution. He was very kind on the phone. We had to tow the car from the dealership to Budget Brake and Muffler. On a busy Saturday, and within an hour of the car arriving at the shop, Ryan called and said he could fix the problem. It was done the following Monday at the exact price quoted (less than a third of what the dealership wanted). Budget Brake & Muffler helped our family out of a very complicated situation, and we are grateful. This shop deserves all of the good reviews.
