This place has changed for the better, from night to day in terms of quality of service since the new owners took over. Husband and wife were both helpful and even brought me my house keys after I left them at the shop, truly above and beyond. Went in for a tire change they had it fixed ASAP. Then brought my wife's car to have her winter tires put on and again they were able to do it the same day, compared to Costco which required an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Ignore the low rating and give the new owners a chance and see for yourselves.

Mason diagnosed the problems with my daughter's car right away. He went out of his way to find a Certified Ford replacement part to ensure a perfect repair. When you go to get help at this facility it's just like you are with family. Friendly, honest people who can be trusted to take care of your car in a very professional manner. I am so happy with the work done on my daughter's car and I will certainly recommend Mason and Julia to my friends and colleagues. It's not easy to find an auto service centre that you can trust these days. Mason and Julia will give you a fair deal and you will be satisfied.........Thanks for everything

Mason was amazing and answered all my questions. The price was great for what i needed to get done (replaced back calipers). He made a stressful situation an easier one. i would recommend this place and will go back for an oil change next!

Same day I needed emergency exhaust work done they did all they could to fit me into the schedule. Not only did they do exactly what I asked, they even went ahead and repaired and adjusted the rest my exhaust for no charge ( included welding work. ) Priced well and great quality work. I've worked in the auto repair industry and I've seen how some shops try to cheat customers. It was nice to actually have confidence in an auto shop again.

Awesome service and great staff! My car had some unexpected problems and Mason was able to get me in right away on short notice. I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else. Staff is very friendly honest and pricing is very fair. I highly recommend bringing your vehicles here!!!

*BEWARE*  cannot be trusted! Will cheat you then lie right to your face after when you confront them about it. I know that losing 1 person as a customer means nothing to you but when you cheat people like this, understand the ripple effect you now have caused -starting with the unnecessary stress and frustration you have inflicted on that person. Integrity is everything and you showed none. It's no longer about money, whether it's $10 or $1000, it is a matter of principle. Don't be selective with whom you treat "fairly."  Your prices should not fluctuate according to skin tones! Discrimination still exists in the world yes, but please strive to be better than that, especially as a business owner.  If you're naive to think people won't notice, you're wrong. To Mallory, you are still young and have a lot to learn about being ethical. Your father might not have the best customer service skills when it comes to cleaning up your mistakes, however he has worked hard trying to build a reputable business over the years. You and I both know that you saw an opportunity to rip me off and you jumped all in, then lied about it afterwards. Shame on you! At the end of the day, karma will square that up with you. But an extra $193 in your pocket is not worth ruining your father's name or reputation. Next time, resist the temptation to be deceitful, learn to be an honourable human being.

We have taken different vehicles (including an RV for new brakes), for more than 10 years and can't say enough good things about this shop. They are a friendly, helpful, hard working team. John is always very accomodating, able to take our vehicle quickly and gets the job done same day. We have never had a problem with any work we have had done here. I never have to worry about car troubles because I know John and his team look after us.

I wasn't happy they gave me my money back but I also show them proof of what was wrong.

These guys are the best , I have been several times . This last time I was told at a dealer I had an issue with my 2014 f150 ... I’m glad I came here for an honest second opinion . These guys do great work and fix only what needs it . Very refreshing !

Never trust budget. Rip off artists.
