These guys solved a problem that four - FOUR- other commercial shops couldn't find or solve, after many, many tries. Without using their names, these other shops were big, professional operations for large scale commercial vehicles and none of them could find or fix our power-loss issue. Not only did Fleetwood BB+M find and solve the issue, ( of all things, a loose bolt in the catalytic converter?!) they did it in a day. A day! Plus oil change, electrical, bunch of other stuff. Dump-truck has worked great ever since and myself and my crew are very grateful. Top notch work!

It’s not always easy to find an auto repair shop that you can trust. I called this morning to inquire on having some muffler work done on my F-350. From the quote to work completion was less than two hours. The team at this location checks off all positive boxes for me as a consumer. The staff from front office to the tech’s doing the work, these folks are truly professional. They read between the lines as to what I was trying to accomplish with the scope of work and offered a solution that exceeded my expectations. All at cost that was extremely affordable. Hi highly recommend the team at this location and would not hesitate to return or refer anyone looking to have any service they offer done on a vehicle. I just took my Cadillac into Budget Brake and Muffler to have the brakes changed and was a little hesitant I don’t mind saying as I have had some bad experiences previously elsewhere. Mark greeted us at the counter and was very professional, friendly and he really put my mind at ease. Mark even noticed that 2 of my lug nuts were stripped, I didn’t even know this! That is an example of how much the staff pays attention to your vehicle. I really appreciated that he went ahead and changed them for me. Thank you Mark for being so wonderful!!!

Mike was friendly, the service was great. I had called to get a quote for my brakes, three days later it was in his shop and getting worked on. The price was on point as he quoted on the phone, no hidden surprises. I would definitely take my vehicle there again for other work if needed. I think I found my new favorite place. I went there this morning March 29 at 8:30 to have him check my loud car. He welcomed me in and was extremely pleasant and friendly regarding my concerns . I did not have an appointment but he took all the info from me and told me he could have my car fixed by noon today March 29. He called me within ½ hour to tell me the cost of repair and I said go ahead.  He is such a wonderful person to deal with, very kind and willing to help . I will always recommend him to anyone who needs any work done . We spoke about another problem with my car and he said come back next week and he would check it out and maybe it is just a simple fix.

This kind of customer service is appreciated in this world today and I just say a huge THANK YOU Mike for your great service.
