A Note From A Happy Customer
I am writing to let you know about the outstanding and exemplary service that Paul Robertson of the Delta location has given to my daughter since she was 17 years old.
Fifteen years ago, my husband and I were moving to the island and our daughter was 17 years old at the time and was not moving with us. I was looking for someone in the service industry who would take care of her car and maintenance requirements as they arose and someone who would not rip her off and have integrity and honesty. As we were not going to be around it was important for us to have a good relationship with someone who could assist her with car issues.
This is when I first met Paul Robertson at the location on Scott Road in Delta. I expressed my concerns to him and he assured me he would make sure that our daughter's car maintenance and repairs were looked after in an honest manner. For 17 years she has gone to Paul and for 17 years he has treated her like his own daughter, taken care of her and gone above and beyond in helping her.
Now at 32 years old and just about to be a mom herself, she still goes to Paul and has so much respect for him and all his staff that work there. It is not every day that you get people like this that go above and beyond and care about their customers the way this location does.
She just took her car in to get a last minute check up before her new baby arrives knowing and feeling confident and safe that Paul’s shop will take care of her. A big thank you to Paul and his staff for taking care of our daughter.
Sometimes we need to take time to sit down and write a note about someone like Paul Robertson who is extraordinary and who goes the extra mile. Far too often great people like this never get recognizes and may never know that because of them they made a difference in someone’s life.

I live a good 30-40 minute drive from my fav Budget-Surrey Delta, but I refuse to go anywhere else. I trust Paul and his crew, I never get overcharged, they are helpful, honest and worth the drive. Thanks Paul! 💜
