Service person recommended 4 new tires. Our current tires all have between 6-9/32 tread depth left. (3/32 is the generally recommended depth to change) There is a common practice amongst service centers whose profit margins are low called "getting your thousand". Sorry guys, you just lost a regular customer.

We replaced our tires and brakes at this store a few month ago. And a few days ago, unfortunately, one of the tires was punctured by a screw! Due to the location of the screw it was unrepairable and we confirmed it with 4 different tire shops. Paul was able to patch the tire for us temporarily free of charge while waiting for the replacement tire to arrive. Lucky for us that the tire was still under road hazard warranty so there was not extra cost. Honest, compassionate, and fair mechanic, what can I expect more?

This place is fantastic! I noticed that my exhaust was leaking. I arrived to the store with short notice, and they were able to make room to check in my car. John did an amazing job, he discovered that the clamps needed to be tightened. He fixed my issue in less than 5 min! When we went back to the front desk, they told me that there was no charge for the service. I was impressed! These days it is so hard to find a shop where they take care of their customers. From now on, this is going to be my go to shop! Thank you guys, I appreciate your help!

AN HONEST MECHANIC SHOP! THE REVIEWS DON'T LIE! Came to this location on January 30, 2020 for grinding front brakes on my 2005 Corolla. Came in the minute the place opened up in the morning and was greeted by Paul. Paul advised the job would take 2 hours but they got it done in 1 hour and 15 minutes. This was also the same day I had my Class 5 road test LITERALLY 6 HOURS after leaving the shop. Passed my road test that day all thanks to the staff at this Budget Brake and Muffler location. Thank you! :)

I am writing to let you know about the outstanding and exemplary service that Paul Robertson of the Delta location has given to my daughter since she was 17 years old.

Fifteen years ago, my husband and I were moving to the island and our daughter was 17 years old at the time and was not moving with us. I was looking for someone in the service industry who would take care of her car and maintenance requirements as they arose and someone who would not rip her off and have integrity and honesty. As we were not going to be around it was important for us to have a good relationship with someone who could assist her with car issues.

This is when I first met Paul Robertson at the location on Scott Road in Delta. I expressed my concerns to him and he assured me he would make sure that our daughter’s car maintenance and repairs were looked after in an honest manner. For 17 years she has gone to Paul and for 17 years he has treated her like his own daughter, taken care of her and gone above and beyond in helping her.

Now at 32 years old and just about to be a mom herself, she still goes to Paul and has so much respect for him and all his staff that work there. It is not every day that you get people like this that go above and beyond and care about their customers the way this location does.

She just took her car in to get a last minute check up before her new baby arrives knowing and feeling confident and safe that Paul’s shop will take care of her. A big thank you to Paul and his staff for taking care of our daughter.

Sometimes we need to take time to sit down and write a note about someone like Paul Robertson who is extraordinary and who goes the extra mile. Far too often great people like this never get recognizes and may never know that because of them they made a difference in someone’s life.
