I had struggles with my brakes for over 5 months, my rims would heat up every time I would drive a little long distance and I tried most mechanic shops to see what was wrong and most of them told me everything was good until I finally came at Budget Brake & Muffler Auto Centre. They right away noticed what the issue was, my rotors was fully damaged, calliper destroyed and the job they did was amazing! Now I can finally drive in peace again with out having anxiety of the feeling my car will catch fire or some. I highly recommend to visit this place! They are Very professional, friendly and simply Amazing! best shop around thats for sure !

I like Dave. He is a decent person to deal with. They stood behind my exhaust system the first time it failed and replaced it according to the warranty without charge. However, the exact same problem occurred again within a couple of thousand km of the replacement (baffle plate spot welds broke and rattled loudly). Because I was over the warranty time offered by the original installation, they would not do anything to help me further. I was stuck with a defective muffler. We're talking over $600. I only drive the vehicle in the summer months, so the mileage was very low. This isn't a criticism of their work. However, when the muffler fails twice in brand new condition (no carbon even showing in tail pipe yet!), I think they might have at least offered me a deal on the more expensive upgrade. He told me I should have bought the top of the line stainless muffler with lifetime warrantee. I think that was over $1000.

Would recommend, went in for an inspection on my 1999 Honda Civic left with a list of everything that needs fixing with prices. Very knowledgeable lads.

He has on innumerable occasions met and surpassed the automotive needs and expectations of myself and my husband David. Even when the task seems daunting, our requests are always met with a genuine smile, a detailed explanation of his plan of action and a fair and reasonable price quote. At the time of pick up we are never caught by surprise, there are no last minute charges (as you are constantly given real time updates of any deviations from the initial plan). He also on many occasions has done many things that just add a personal touch to his work. He has taken the drudgery out of going to the mechanic and has replaced it with a pleasantness that surpasses expectations. For as long as he continues to work there this will always be our go to for all our automotive needs.

I always bring my vehicles here. They provide good work and are honest. I've had my radiator replaced and various other work done here. My ignition broke and they found a solution that cost less than half than just the part alone from the dealer. I highly recommend this place and will continue to bring my vehicles here for service.

If I can rate 0, I would. The muffler guy said the muffler will cost around $300, it turns out I have to pay for nearly $700. The muffler cost the price of my car, old Corolla. It is impossibly expensive and rising up the price by double when you pick up the car. I will also tell everyone to stay clear of your location just like all other people. I’ve viewed your reply, you are definitely drama king! Doubled the price at the time picking up the car and saying that no payment record was found!!?? I’ve attached my copy of receipt!

Went closing to closing time .the manager was nice. Didn't rush me and stayed late to complete all the work on my car.i was really happy with the work and the low pressure attitude. Alvin the manager was very professional and honest. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends.thanks for staying so late today Alvin. This will be my regular place now .

Visited this place earlier and been told the rotors and brake pads needs to be change after confirming the payment i was willing to go for the services but when i checked while they inspected the vehicle they said its gonna be 800$ + to do the job. I refused to get the job done as i was given an estimate of 400$ + taxes one night earlier. I declined the service and they charged me 50$ for inspection where they didn’t explained me the amount for the certain job earlier. They should have explained me the payment for specific job before getting the vehicle in so at least so i wont lose the inspection money, I been told the money can be only redeemed for the same service as i made my mind for not going for brake thing done so i can redeem that money for oil change or something. Not recommending as per my experience.Was thinking to get the oil service done too from here but wont be coming back. Thanks for the service.
