These days you almost need an engineering degree to work on new vehicles, it just so happens I have one! It is key to continue adapting to new technology through continued education and updated tooling and software to stay relevant in today’s automotive industry. I am very lucky to be in Kelowna and glad to give people a place they can call their own. A place where your automotive needs are addressed even if they don’t fit into a “check box”.
Einstein once said “It’s not that I’m so smart, it’s just that I stay with problems longer.” I remind myself everyday that the quality of life I enjoy is based on the labours of others and therefore, give my best as a technician, as a business owner and as a father everyday to do my part and contribute to my community.

I had my tires changed for winter there as well as 2 new headlights put in. They had me in first thing the next day and where done about an hour after I dropped my car off. I was pleasantly surprised by how little it cost. The front desk was a little brisk but polight and professional. I understand that it recently sold so there is a new owner. I have only used them this once but I will go back, they are now my mechanic and I will update this after my next visit.

Hello, I just wanted to share an outstanding customer service experience I had this past week through your Kelowna location.
I was in the middle of a move (between the Interior and the Island) and stayed at my cousin’s place overnight in Kelowna. Unfortunately, that resulted in the theft of the Catalytic Converter on my CRV. (The 2nd time this has happened in less than a year).

This could not have been more inconvenient, as I was on my way to pick up a rental truck that morning, then head to Penticton to unload my storage locker, and then catch a ferry.Luckily, your Kelowna location was next door to the rental truck place, so I walked in to see what could be done. At first they were hesitant, explaining that they had received multiple calls already that week for the same issue and weren’t sure about a timeline.
They did agree to do an estimate, and I was able to leave to continue with my moving plans and schedule. While on the road they called me back to let me know that ICBC would handle another CC claim, and they could start it once I obtained claim number information. ICBC informed me that it could take up to 10 business days to get an estimator to approve the work, which would be very inconvenient, given that Kelowna was just a stopping point for me.

However, later that afternoon, I received a follow up call from your Kelowna location, letting me know that the work had been done and the vehicle would be ready for me when I returned the rental truck. To say I was surprised would be an incredible understatement! I can’t express how much time and inconvenience this saved me. The woman behind the counter, knowing my urgency, told me she said to ICBC that the vehicle simply had to get out of the shop that day. And also mentioned they had never had a quicker turn-around for that type of repair.
In short, that was some of the best Gold Star treatment and Service I’ve received from a business and it made everything regarding my move plans continue to line up and go smoothly.
So a big thank you and kudos to your team there.
