12/10 recommend. I had an exhaust leak on Plow rig filling my cab with exhaust fumes. I couldn’t proceed with work, I phoned about six shops none of them could fit me in. Budget Brake & Muffler went above and beyond and said they would stay late to jam me in as it seemed like a quick fix. Went above and beyond to get me and my fleet truck back on the road, thank you sooo much! I’d be in hot water otherwise! The staff are so friendly, funny, knowledgeable and most of all sincere, your everyday average person going above and beyond. That’s what integrity is. Thanks again!!!!

When I took my vehicle to Budget Brake and Muffler for a seasonal tire change -- I was so impressed by their service. I made the choice to wait in their little reception area rather than leave as the tire change was not going to take long. As many know, I've spent much of my life as a front office - receptionist and so I am sensitive to how folks are cared for at this level. The man on the front desk is amazing. He is gracious to everyone. And he sincerely cares! I listened as he explained to a young woman the mechanical needs of her vehicle in a manner that she (and even I) could easily understand. He answered lots of phone calls while I waited and everyone was spoken to with courtesy and kindness. He did all the administrative work efficiently and again -- took time to explain procedures, costs, estimates and any long-term maintenance needs. It was a shining example of how to do it RIGHT.

Eric at the Vernon location always makes it a worthwhile visit. He actually cares about his customers.
