Great service, My van started to make a lot of noise, I was able to diagnose it has to be from the exhaust system since the noise is directly related to how much you press the gas pedal but there is no way I can fix that on the road. I found the garage, he puts my van on the lift and 5 minutes later, he sees there is a loose fitting between the exhaust tubing, he fixes that et voilà no more noise. I ask how much I owe, he says it is OK, that was fast, no problem, just go and try it out, if ever there is a problem just come back. In 40year, I have never encountered that, such honesty and service oriented people, I would return any time.

Would highly recommend. Called about my issue, Was able to make appointment for the next day. Quoted a fair price and great quality service. Will be back for any future services.

Mike and Andy are great, as is their team. I have an old, pretty worn out van, but they keep it running! I highly recommend this shop. If you're waiting on site for your oil to be done (as I do) they are super duper quick. Helped me out when my windshield wiper broke off, and when I realized how late I was getting in for an oil change, checked the level and topped me up to get me through to my appointment at no cost.

Hats off to these guys for the honesty and great service. I had an emergency muffler repair that needed to be done and they didn't try to charge me more than they needed to. I would definitely return for more services in the future. Location wise, it's very convenient for longer wait time jobs due to the mall being nearby. Additionally there are ample amounts of parking spaces and they have plenty of lifts to process high volumes of clients at the same time making your turn over time shorter. They also follow the health guidelines so nothing to worry about in that area. Overall, a good place to get your car worked on. Thanks again Andy and the team!

March 6, 2021 - I was here for the first time. Andy doesn't beat around the bush and is straight forward. Decent price for the service provided and definitely will be back. Thank you Andy....I got my vehicle back before the scheduled time and when I got to my vehicle the doors were left unlocked (Can we please remember to lock the doors) and just be a bit more careful when getting into and out of the vehicle so staff don't kick the inside of the door. March 28, 2021 - The interior has chairs that are very worn down, walls need a paint job...Also I don't appreciate my vehicle being kicked or being left open as per the service on March 6. I actually won't be back.

March 12th I called Budget Brake & Muffler on 200st regarding a loose exhaust on my 2013 BMW 335i that was rattling the membrane after I backed it up on a cement block (so sad). Andy answered around 8am and asked what vehicle and make, and said sometimes my model and exhaust could need a full replacement if damaged and warned if my car was too low it might not get onto the lift but lets try anyways and to bring the car at noon (my car was indeed lowered). Was super stoked to get a quick appointment, but when I arrived they noticed my control arms need some work (not related to the exhaust) then found that indeed the exhaust was hanging, then looking closer found a broken part near the exhaust manifold that can only source from BMW (sad again). So they said I had to call BMW, but if I brought the part back they could install it. So I quickly drove down the street to BMW Langley bypass, they thought I was trying to get a service (diagnostic, set an appointment, your typical dealer pitch, I was like no thanks) but I got into parts instead to see if they had this replacement bushing. Low and behold they had the last part (minus the screws) and I called Andy back right away! He said his guys went to lunch but I drove there anyways and they literally had it on the lift and repaired within minutes, and sounded much better (no more rattling). I had stepped away to go to the donair shop across the street (you gotta try it) so it was a win-win and was done! Thanks Andy and team (Marco filipino mechanic) saved me a pricey repair with my regular BMW mechanic and saved a trip to Vancouver! Highly recommend!
